Cancer Incidence & Mortality Statistics

Cancer incidence data were collected by the Michigan Cancer Surveillance Program, which participates in the National Program of Cancer Registries (NPCR) of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This site provides a series of tables with cancer incidence data through 2014 and mortality data through 2015 for counties and health departments in Michigan.

Steps to view a table for your community:

  1. Press the button below, or select a radio button on the left-hand side of the page.
  2. Select the county or health district link that appears at the top of the page.
  3. View new tables by selecting a radio button (left) or the area list box (top).
  4. You may also use the ADA compliant version of the cancer community health information website.

Note: For purposes of statistical reliability, statistics for less populated regions (populations below 50,000) may be censored, or automatically displayed as five-year averarges.
