AIM

To get a complete working system, download all nine distribution files:
  1. AIM1.EXE (File Size = 1,058,608 bytes)
  2. AIM2.EXE (File Size = 986,485 bytes)
  3. AIM3.EXE (File Size = 1,267,775 bytes)
  4. AIM4.EXE (File Size = 1,299,544 bytes)
  5. AIM5.EXE (File Size = 1,274,958 bytes)
  6. AIM6.EXE (File Size = 1,238,330 bytes)
  7. AIM7.EXE (File Size = 1,303,483 bytes)
  8. AIM8.EXE (File Size = 1,265,773 bytes)
  9. AIM9.EXE (File Size = 972,333 bytes)

Installation of AIM. Delete all the files from the temporary directory, save the disks, AIM1.exe through AIM9.exe to the temporary directory. Extract the AIM software installation program by double clicking on each of the 9 self-extracting files from the Windows File Manager or by executing them from DOS. Run the install.exe file from the temporary directory and follow the on screen instructions to install the AIM software. It is a good idea to make a copy of the AIM software installation program before deleting all the files in the temporary directory and the directory itself.

** Please note - the PC must be rebooted once the AIM system has been installed **

To run the AIM software, create an icon or short cut in Windows called AIM, the executable file name to run AIM is in the AIMVIT30 directory and is named AIM.BAT. If you do not use Windows, the AIM software may be executed from DOS by pathing yourself to the AIMVIT30 directory and typing in AIM and pressing the return key.
