Dementia Program

The mission of the MDCH / MPHI Dementia Program is to partner with others to improve the quality of life of persons with dementia and their families in Michigan and, through the Dementia Information Network, to provide top-quality dementia information and referral services to families and professionals. The ten Michigan Chapters of the Alzheimer's Association, the Michigan Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America, and the Michigan Parkinson's Foundation form the Dementia Information Network.
